Due to the situation of the Covid -19 pandemic, the Organizing Committee of IGRS 2020 issues the Announcement No. 3 about the changes in the organization of the 2020 International Graduate Research Symposium and 10^th East Asia Chinese Teaching Forum (2020 IGRS & 10^th EACTF) at the ULIS – VNU. Specific information is as follows.

1. Dates: 23-25/10/2020

– 23, 24/10/2020: Workshops and seminars by key-note speakers;

– 25/10/2020: Plenary and parallel sessions of the Symposium

2. Venue of organizing Zoom meeting: First-floor Hall, Ulis Sunwah Building, the University of Languages and International Studies – VNU, No. 2 Pham Van Dong Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam.
3. Deadline for the submission of revised full papers after peer review: 30/9/2020.

The Organizing Committee will send authors the notifications of accepted full papers by 20/9/2020 and invitation letters by 10/10/2020.

4. Form of Symposium participation: Online (via Zoom). The Organizing Committee will send participants Zoom meeting ID via emails on 20/10/2020.

5. Symposium attendance fee and payment method

 – For online Symposium attendance, paper published in the Symposium proceedings: 1.900.000 VND (not including a printed Symposium proceedings)

  – For a printed Symposium proceedings (2 volumes): 400.000 VND/ volume

 – For Symposium attendance only: 100.000 VND

6. Payment Method: direct payment or bank transfer by 20/9/2020

– Direct payment: at the Faculty of Post-Graduate Studies – University of Languages and International Studies – VNU, Room 102, A3, Pham Van Dong Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi (Staff in charge: Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Nhung).

Note: On paying the Symposium attendance fee, the candidate’s attendance will be officially confirmed. If the candidate submits the paper without paying the fee, the paper will not be peer-reviewed for publication.
